What does it mean to be AAHA accredited?
The American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) sets the highest standards in veterinary medicine. Accredited veterinary hospitals are evaluated on over 900 different standards, including anesthesia, pain management, vaccine protocols, staff training, etc. to make sure the highest quality medicine is being offered. And, this accreditation is completely voluntary! Is your veterinarian AAHA accredited?

Dr. Chastain has a special interest in treating advanced dental problems and receives challenging referral cases from other area veterinary clinics. We have the ability to take dental radiographs (x-ray), which is an important tool in finding underlying problems, such as root fractures, abscessed teeth, tooth resorption, retained roots, as well as other problems. Dental radiographs allow us to offer the best treatment option for each patient.
